Goals
  • To establish GS Elevator’s technical capabilities and production system.
  • To eliminate unnecessary processes through standardization of all operations and reduce defect incidence to less than 5%.
  • To reduce the future A/S rate to less than 30% compared to the previous year by analyzing the roots of existing A/S content.
